Our teaching series in Paul's letter to the Romans kicks off again this week. Romans

Martin Luther called Paul's letter to the Romans "the purest gospel" and the letter as been especially treasured by Christians for centuries.  Our time in Romans begins with chapter 5 this week in Bible Study Groups and on Sunday.  We looked at the earlier chapters together back in 2014.

We want to help you get the most of out of our time in Romans together, so here are a few resources and idea that might be useful!

Remind yourself what's happend so far by reading Romans 1 - 4 before Bible Study Group or before Sunday. This will help you pick up the flow of the letter. It's about a 13 minute read.

Spend some time in the passages before BSG or Sundays. You can download the study guide to help you dive into, understand, and apply each section we're going to be looking at together.

Read Martin Luther's Preface to Romans.  You can download a PDF of it to print out.  We distributed this PDF last time we were in Romans together and lots of people found it a hugely stimulating read. It will take you about half an hour to read through.

Pray and ask God to speak to you through his Word!

Listen to the talks from Romans 1 - 4.

Romans 1:1 - 17 :: The Power of the Gospel

Romans 1:18 - 32 :: An End to Ignorance

Romans 2:1 - 16 :: Who do You Want to Judge You?

Romans 2:17 - 3:18 :: An End to Reliance on the Law

Romans 3:9 - 20 :: There is No One Righteous

Romans 3:21 - 31 :: God Makes A Way

Romans 4:1 - 12 :: Father Abraham Had Many Blessings

This Week in Kids Church

Jeus offered the woman something no one else could give her—living water. Jesus wasn’t talking about water that she could physically drink; Jesus was talking about the Holy Spirit who would satisfy her spiritual thirst. Jesus gives the Holy Spirit to those who come to Him by faith.
We hope you can join us in Kids Church this Sunday to find out more about Jesus and the Samaritan woman!

Welcome back to Kids Church this Sunday!

If you have children from 3 years of age up to Year 3 in school, then Kids Church is just for them!
This week are learning about Jesus meeting with Nicodemus. Nicodemus needed new life—eternal life—but he could not do anything to earn it. Eternal life is a gift that comes only from God. God showed His love in this way: He sent His One and Only Son to save the world. Everyone who believes in Him will not perish but will have eternal life.

Then in the second part of the term we'll be thinking about Mission; what is is, what it isn't, and what it means to be involved in God's mission in his world.

Collect an invitation for a friend on Sundays, or email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. if you'd like more info.

Kids Church

This week in Kids Church we are learning about Jesus and John the Baptist!
John the Baptist had told people to get ready for Jesus, the promised Messiah. Now that Jesus was on earth, John’s mission was complete. John the Baptist joyfully stepped aside as Jesus began His earthly ministry.
We hope you can join us on Sunday to find out more!
